To become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) you will need to pass three qualifying exams. Part 1 is a theory exam, Part 2 is a driving test, and Part 3 is a test of your instructional ability.

There are also a few basic legal requirements you will need to satisfy before training can commence. You must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of three and a half years, have no more than five penalty points, be of good character with no criminal convictions, and be able to read a car number plate from 27.5 metres.

DesOConnors.com Instructor development programme has been proven and developed by our own dedicated training team. Much of our course material is unique to us and has received technical approval from the Driving Standards Agency, and adheres to their code of practice.

We are confident that our training programme offers you the very best preparation for the qualifying exams, and as such, DesOConnors.com guarantee to provide sufficient training to examination standard. Naturally, nothing in life is achieved without commitment and enthusiasm, so that is all we ask from you!
